The NGO "Defender of Right Union" was founded on 24.01.2003. It has created the "Arbitration Court" and "Higher School of Arbitrators" structures to fulfill its goals.

During its activities, the Organization has highlighted the following:

• Development of the arbitration / arbitration court / institute in the Republic of Armenia.
• Establishment of Arbitrators' Professional School.
• Participation in legislative reforms.
• Raising the legal awareness of RA citizens and legal entities.
